End Time Dad: Father Forces Eldest Son to Have S*x with the Mother While He Watched

A man who allegedly forced his eldest son to have s*x with his mother has been remanded by a Kisii court for his own safety, according to SDE Kenya.

The report stated that Justus Obwocha Motiso was accused of committing the offence on June 1 at Bonyagatanyi sub-location in Kisii County.

The court heard that Motiso stripped his wife naked before his children, tied her with a chain on both legs, hands and neck before forcing their eldest son to have s*x with her.

The magistrate said he could not grant Motiso bail because the public could attack him.

The accused however denied the charges after which the court decided to remand him at the Kisii Prison until June 20 this year when the case will be mentioned while the hearing of the case is set for July 13.

The courtroom was jammed by curious residents as Motiso remained composed in the dock.

In the same court, a man was charged with defiling a 15-year-old mentally-sick girl.

Simon Mochoge Nyakundi allegedly committed the offence on June 7 at Nyagisai sub-location, Kisii Central sub-county.

The court heard that the accused got hold of the girl and intentionally defiled her.

Nyakundi denied the charges after which the court ordered that he be taken to the Kisii Level Six Hospital for age assessment and mental examination by a psychiatrist.

He will be held at Rioma Police Station until June 16 when a medical report would be availed in court for further direction.
